Biography for

Brian T. Regan, CPA, MBA, FHFMA

Mr. Brian Regan is a seasoned, results-oriented professional with over thirty years of health care financial management experience.  This experience has been in a mix of public accounting for a Big Four firm and progressively increasing experience in the Health Care Industry.  He has experience with large organizations and academic Medical Centers.  He excels at turnaround situations and change management.  He has also served as a consultant to many health care organizations.

Mr. Regan has an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Indiana University.  He is a Fellow in the Health Care Financial Management Association.  He has served on the Florida Institute of CPA’s Health Care Industry Committee for twenty years, including Chairman in 1994-95 and in 2004-05. He has written several articles for the FICPA magazine, including one on HIPAA.

Mr. Regan is currently serving as President & CEO of H-Five Consulting, LLC, a health care finance consulting and interim financial management practice consisting of ex-Hospital CFO’s to better serve the Health Care industry.
