This service provides a CFO
quality professional that can help the current CFO get to the backlog of work,
work on special projects, or just be another set of hands to help the
organization succeed. Having been a CFO
for many years, we understand that there just are not enough hours in the day
to complete everything that needs to get done. This allows the current CFO to focus on organizational priorities while
having an experienced professional work on the many other competing priorities.
CFO In-Trainging Program
This is for new CFO’s that
can use a mentor of an experienced CFO who can be available by phone for
consultation, and also can come on site to provide in person mentoring,
guidance and coaching. We have found
this to be very helpful for new CFO’s or
CFO’s new to a System.
